A brief overview about Onvelop

Created as the flagship product of the mobile-engineering products and services firm AgreeYa Mobility, headquartered in Mountain View, CA, Onvelop is a unified collaboration and communication platform that enables secure mobile access to Office 365, SharePoint and Lync from iOS, Android, and Windows 8 mobile devices. Onvelop’s unique, patented user experience brings enterprise mobility and BYOD capability to business consumers by providing a platform that integrates real-time enterprise updates via feeds for activities, announcements, and events from Office 365, SharePoint, and Team Sites on the mobile device. Users can review documents, create events and announcements, chat, call via Lync/OCS, have a SharePoint document review meeting online via chat or call conferencing, check out and update documents from SharePoint, and check them back in through SharePoint so that updates become available to other enterprise users in the same network—all from the mobile device. Users enjoy one-stop access to the business tools they need without additional enterprise investment on the back end. Onvelop also provides enterprise administrators with a web-based dashboard for easy remote license management and enterprise-data control.

Krish Kupathil CEO
A CEO with more than 25 years of sales and BD experience, Krish Kupathil is positioning Onvelop and AgreeYa Mobility on the international mobility-engineering map. His primary focus is developing and executing AgreeYa Mobility’s embedded and mobility business. Kupathil has broad experience in building and managing international technology businesses with a special understanding of the IT/telecommunications industry, as well as professional qualifications in finance and accounts. A veteran of the mobile engineering industry and authority on enterprise mobility, Kupathil has been published and quoted in renowned publications such as Slashdot, Training Magazine, Small Business Computing and TechTarget. He honed his many talents—business development, sales strategy development and strategic-alliance building—through executive positions at Azingo (acquired by Motorola), MyZenPlanet Inc., and FSMLabs (acquired by WindRiver). He earned a CA, B. Com (with honors) in Management and Accountancy from ICAI, Delhi University, and studied at the Frank Anthony Public School in New Delhi.
Ankush Tiwari SVP of Engineering
Ankush Tiwari is responsible for building AgreeYa Mobility’s global engineering teams, engineering delivery responsibilities and engineering strategy and direction for the embedded and mobility group. He has more than a decade of experience in software for mobility, having served as the Lead Architect for Azingo (acquired by Motorola), where he led the Web 2.0 application framework and middleware architecture for the Open Source Linux Platform and the open source browser for embedded systems. Tiwari’s stand-out leadership at Motorola involved the development of application software for Motorola mobile phones, work on the Motorola Internet browser’s rendering engine, brew applications and declarative UI framework. He was the Tech Lead for Motorola Mobility, where he led teams in creating declarative UI and development for iDEN devices shipped to Sprint/Nextel. He earned his B.E from University of Pune and studied at the Army Institute of Technology.
George Thangadurai EVP of Strategy, Product Management & Marketing
George Thangadurai is an accomplished leader in the computer industry with 25 years of experience. His background is in strategy, product, business development, marketing and general management. His achievements include delivering innovating products to market, growing revenues, launching new businesses and building high-performing teams.
George was at Intel for 22 years in various technical and senior management roles. George has been the GM of the Client Services business where he led multiple services from incubation to launch to revenues in alliance with ecosystem partners. As GM of Strategy & Planning for the Mobile PC business, he was part of the core leadership team that grew the business. His strategies and product plans for enterprise, mobility and graphics grew revenues and margins with significant multiple impact.
George was a project manager in the Center of Development for Telematics (CDOT), Bangalore, India, where he spent 3.5 years in the development of the first Digital Telecom Switches for the Indian Telecom Network that is in wide deployment across India. George holds a Masters in Computing Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, USA. He has 2 IEEE published research papers, an industry conference paper and 8 patents.
Maxence Cacheux VP of Sales & Business Development
With 12 years of experience in mobile and enterprise software, Maxence Cacheux offers in-depth understanding of what clients need from mobile and enterprise solutions. Cacheux boasts a proven track record of striking successful deals with customers and global partners with his customer-focused and data-driven product strategies and management. His ability to forge strong client relationships is further strengthened by his in-depth understanding of the technology.
He served as VP of Development at Ateji, a software tools start-up specializing in parallel-programming technologies, and as the EMEA Director & Strategic Alliance at Azingo (acquired by Motorola).
He earned the Samsung Best Marketing Achievement Award during his tenure as Samsung Electronics’ Worldwide Strategic Alliance Manager. There, he established and directed a Microsoft/Samsung alliance worldwide for mobile devices, negotiated strategic partner contracts that achieved more than $1 million in savings and increased the company’s competitiveness in the smartphone and portable navigation-device market. Cacheux earned his MBA from INSEAD, one of the top business schools in the world, as well as a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from ISEN. Thanks in part to his passion for discovering new cultures, he speaks six languages. (He’s fluent in English, French, Spanish and German).
Charles Park VP of Sales & Business Development/Head of Asia Pacific Operations
During his 15-year sales and business development career, Charles Park has built a reputation with embedded software technologies and the wireless and mobile industry, with experience spanning marketing, project management, partnership maintenance, team building and operations. That knowledge and skill has served Park in several countries and business cultures, including Korea, Japan and the U.S. Prior to joining AgreeYa Mobility, Park led the Korean operations of Azingo Inc., a strong driver in LiMo foundation and the Linux platform. At McubeWorks Inc., he headed the business development team for embedded multimedia technologies and solutions and locked most top-tier handset OEMs and well-known mobile- device OEM/ODMs worldwide.
